A fixed hourly rate
  • Good place to start if you're not sure how much support you need, have a fluctuating budget for support services, or are only looking for as-needed assistance.
  • An estimate will be provided in advance based on anticipated project scope. The hours billed will be the hours actually worked. No more, no less.
  • Hours will be billed weekly with an itemized breakdown of how the time was spent.
A fixed weekly rate
  • Great for anyone seeking ongoing operational or administrative support, or for clients with a set budget looking to make steady progress week to week.
  • Scope of work included in the retainer will be agreed upon in advance. If additional services are needed they will be billed at an hourly rate, or we can increase your weekly retainer amount and adjust the retainer scope.
A flat fee per project
  • A go-to for projects with a clear start and end like building a website, onboarding a new employee, automating operational workflows, planning a marketing campaign, etc.
  • 50% billed at the start of the project, 50% billed upon completion of the project.

About Me

For the past 8 years, I've worked alongside the founders of a professional home organizing company to grow it from a one-person operation, to a double digit team with a warehouse, a product line, and a closet line. I've also developed and run an early childhood education program for 2 + 3 year olds, facilitated training in the hospitality industry for years, and am the operations manager for my own band, Camp Bedford.

Now, I help small business owners focus on doing what they love by taking care of their operational needs behind-the-scenes. Whether you need support with day-to-day operations, strategic growth planning, or building the infrastructure to scale, I'd love to work alongside you to make it happen.

One size does not fit all! I want a full picture of where you're at vs where you want to be so I can ensure everything we do together is moving you closer to your end goal, spending your money and my time as efficiently and productively as possible.

Before: I'll send you some consultation prompts, customized based on the information you share when booking so you have the opportunity to start organizing your thoughts in advance of our call.

During: We'll dig deeper. What problems are you looking to solve? What goals are you looking to achieve? What is standing in your way now? How involved do you want to be moving towards your end goal?

After: Based on the information I gather during our consultation, I'll put together a proposal that includes a detailed plan of action, time frame, cost, and a list of deliverables. And then, we'll get to work!
